Veerhealth Care has entered into a strategic Contract Manufacturing Agreement with a company having top position in personal care segment on marketplace companies in the country for the production of its private-label personal care range of products.

Under the terms of the agreement, company will manufacture and supply personal care range of products exclusively tailored to the company's brand specifications and quality standards. Company is in the process of regulatory approval which is expected to be completed soon and commercial production is expected to begin soon.

This development is expected to have a positive impact on the company's revenue and capacity utilisation in the coming quarters.

In coming Quarters, we expect to more than fully recover the reduction in Total Income and PAT caused by USFDA Inspection as dispatches for Exports have started.

We are working aggressively towards business of manufacturing and exports of products under medical device category in the US. Company is expected to complete formalities pertaining to the medical device category with the USFDA.

For successfully clearing the USFDA Inspection the Company had to expand, renovate and upgrade the Manufacturing facility due to which Production was impacted in the past 6-9 months, also Exports were halted for USFDA clearance which resulted in Inventory pile up. Company has now started dispatching for Exports.

Products / Services offered by Veerhealth Care:

Contract Manufacturing – Veerhealth Care manufacture products on behalf of Brands to meet their requirements. The Brands give the company specifications about the products to be manufactured.

The Company is expecting to get a substantial addition to its revenue in the current financial year. In F.Y. 2025-26, Company is expecting Total Revenues of Rs 305-400 million with PAT of 10 per cent.
