The collaboration aims to enhance productivity, sustainability and resilience across industrial value chains.

The alliance will integrate ABB’s industrial automation portfolio, including the ABB Ability Genix Industrial Analytics and AI Suite, with Deloitte India’s expertise in enterprise transformation and cybersecurity. The combined solution will enable real-time process monitoring, improved production efficiency, enhanced cyber resiliency, and optimised energy usage. Each deployment will embed robust cybersecurity measures to protect against emerging threats.

Kapil Agarwal, Senior Vice President and Local Division Manager, Process Industries, ABB India, said: “This collaboration with Deloitte India combines our domain expertise and cutting-edge technologies with their proven transformation and cybersecurity capabilities. Together, we will help build the digital foundation for the next phase of India’s industrial progress.”

Deepa Seshadri, Partner, Deloitte India, commented: “True transformation does not merely focus on deploying advanced technology; it focuses on embedding trust, security and sustainability into the very fabric of operations. Our alliance will help organisations build secure and connected ecosystems and achieve measurable outcomes.”

The alliance will support enterprises through AI and machine-learning based predictive control, next-generation maintenance management, and advanced MES and MOM systems. Digital tools for reducing energy use, waste and emissions will help organisations meet sustainability targets while improving process performance.
