K Raheja Corp Launches ‘I-Lead’ to Build Future People Leaders

K Raheja Corp has rolled out ‘I-Lead’, a new managerial development programme aimed at strengthening people leadership skills among early-career managers across Mindspace Business Parks REIT, Chalet Hotels, Inorbit Mall, and K Raheja Corp Homes. Over 100 managers in the first cohort will benefit from structured learning, real-world application, and expert-led sessions.

The initiative, co-developed with Basil Tree Consulting, targets professionals from Manager to Assistant General Manager grades.

“Our managers are the operational backbone of the business. ‘I-Lead’ helps them grow into capable, empathetic people leaders,” said Urvi Aradhya, CHRO, K Raheja Corp.

India has become the first country in the world to commercially produce bio-bitumen for use in road construction, according to Road, Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari. HILT Policy Seen Boosting Telangana Revenue Sharply

The Hyderabad Industrial Land Transformation (HILT) Policy is expected to generate around Rs 1.08 billion in revenue for the Telangana state exchequer, according to Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka Mallu.
