NICMAR, Mytek Innovations team up to transform construction

NICMAR University and Mytek Innovations have signed an official Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to collaborate and bring together their expertise in the architectural engineering and construction sector. This pioneering partnership aims to revolutionise the start-up ecosystem in the domain and pave the way for transformative innovations.

The decision to collaborate between NICMAR University and Mytek Innovations comes from the recognition of their shared expertise and capabilities in the architectural engineering and construction domain. NICMAR, established as Public Trust, with an objective of imparting skills and training in the domain of construction and allied sectors. Postgraduate programme in Advanced Construction Management Program, was developed in association with prestigious institutions like Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Loughborough University, International Labour Organisation, and Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and others.

Mytek Innovations is a certified startup organisation recognised by the Government of India, focusing on providing digital AI-based solutions to automate the construction engineering sector. With its ultramodern techniques and technologies, Mytek is reshaping the industry landscape.

This collaboration brings together the extensive resources and knowledge base of both entities. NICMAR's vast repository of over 40,000 printed materials, including references to national and international standards, complements Mytek's digital platform, which serves as an automation tool for stakeholders in the construction industry.

Through this MOU the students will have free Access to Mytek Platform: Mytek will provide free access to its platform for students and stakeholders of NICMAR, enabling them to generate revenue from their studies, thesis, drawings, and designs.

Opportunities for High-growth Start-ups: Mytek and NICMAR will work together to identify and support high-growth potential start-ups with state-of-the-art technologies in the architectural engineering and construction sector.

Knowledge Sharing and Support: NICMAR will share its extensive database and existing case studies with Mytek, while Mytek will provide the latest innovation technologies to NICMAR students and alumni.

Promoting Entrepreneurship: Mytek will mentor students interested in entrepreneurship and provide project funding for executing work orders.
