Royal Orchid Launches Regenta Devarayah Tirupati

Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd through its subsidiary Regenta Hotels Private Limited has opened Regenta Devarayah Tirupati, reinforcing its presence in Andhra Pradesh and expanding its portfolio. The property combines contemporary luxury and modern amenities with proximity to pilgrimage sites in Tirupati and is positioned to serve pilgrims, families and business and leisure travellers. The hotel is located at 20-7-27/101, DBR Hospital Road, Kothapalli, Subash Nagar and offers views of the Seshachalam Hills.

It lies two km from Tirupati Railway Station and the RTC bus stand, nine km from Renigunta Railway Station and 15 km from Renigunta (Tirupati) International Airport. The property is among the closest branded hotels to major temples including Tirumala Venkateswara Temple, Sri Padmavathi Temple and the ISKCON Temple. Regenta is Royal Orchid’s upscale four-star brand and its tagline is described as Where Devotion Meets Comfort and Contemporary Luxury.

The hotel has 56 rooms including Deluxe, Club and Suite categories and two Presidential Suites featuring contemporary design and elements of spiritual serenity. The company said the launch aligned with its Vision 2030 and that the property was open for reservations.
