Smartworks Expands Singapore Footprint At Manulife Tower

Smartworks has expanded its presence in Singapore through its wholly owned subsidiary Smartworks Space Pte Ltd, adding a new managed office at Manulife Tower in the Central Business District. With this addition the company's total footprint in Singapore rises to over 50,000 sq. ft., underlining its commitment to managed workspace solutions across the city state. The new centre is located directly above Telok Ayer MRT station and is within a five-minute walk of Raffles Place MRT, placing members close to dining, retail and wellness facilities.

The fully serviced office spans more than 15,000 sq. ft. within the LEED Gold and Green Mark Gold certified Manulife Tower and is designed to serve enterprises ranging from high-growth businesses to Fortune 500 companies and Global Capability Centres (GCCs). The centre features bespoke design and fit-out, ergonomic furnishings, private meeting suites and dedicated collaboration zones tailored to enterprise needs. The company said the Manulife Tower address aligns with its strategy to offer flexible, operational workspaces that allow clients to focus on business operations.

This opening joins existing Singapore locations at Great Eastern Centre on Pickering Street and Keppel Bay Tower at HarbourFront Avenue, reinforcing Smartworks' position as a leading managed workspace provider across Singapore's CBD. The company continues to be the only homegrown and listed flexible workspace provider from India with an international presence. The expansion forms part of a broader growth momentum that includes recent financial milestones.

Smartworks reported FY26 revenue of Rs 17.96 billion (bn), representing 31 per cent year-on-year growth and the company's first full year of reported profit after tax. The firm also became the first listed flexible workspace operator from India to cross 10 million square feet of operational portfolio and maintains a total footprint of 16.1 million (mn) square feet across 66 centres in 15 cities as on March 31, 2026. The company serves 770 plus clients including multinational enterprises and high-growth Indian businesses.
