The Department of Telecommunications (DoT), National Communications Academy (NCA), and the GSM Association (GSMA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the India Mobile Congress (IMC) 2025 in New Delhi, in the presence of Minister of Communications Jyotiraditya M.
