MIA Construction Wins Rs 680 Million Delhi Metro Phase 4 Contract

MIA Construction has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) worth Rs 680 million from Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) for the architectural finishing contract of Delhi Metro Phase 4’s Golden Line (Line 10). The Golden Line spans 23.622 km between Aerocity and Tughlakabad and includes 15 stations.
DMRC invited bids for the contract with a 450-day deadline. Technical bids were opened on 25 June 2025, with 10 firms submitting proposals. The technical evaluation took place on 29 August 2025, during which the bids of three firms were rejected.
The financial bids were opened on 29 August 2025, and the evaluation of technically qualified bids occurred on 10 September 2025. Six firms were disqualified during this round, with MIA Construction emerging as the lowest bidder.
The awarded contractor will be responsible for architectural finishing works, including the design, fabrication, supply, erection and roof sheeting of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) structures. The contract also covers the design and construction of external façades, water supply, sanitary installations, drainage and site development works at four elevated stations on the Golden Line.
