Hindustan Zinc Limited has restored 1,105 hectares of land as part of its efforts to integrate ecological restoration with responsible mining. Modified Udan Scheme Gives States Greater Role in Airport Development

The next phase of the regional air connectivity scheme Udan will give state governments a greater role in identifying high-potential airstrips and aerodromes for development. Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu announced the changes as 21 states signed memorandums of understanding with the Centre for implementation of the modified scheme. The programme will continue for another 10 years and projects under the new phase are targeted for completion within 18 months. Telangana Airports Should Reflect State Culture, Says CM

Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy has directed officials to ensure that the proposed airports at Adilabad and Warangal reflect the state’s culture, traditional craftsmanship and architectural heritage. He also called for these elements to be incorporated into the Telangana Bhavan project being constructed in Delhi.
