Ecom Express strengthens leadership team

Ecom Express, a technology-driven end-to-end logistics solutions provider, announces the appointment of two senior executives to bolster its leadership team. Jitendar Kumar joins the Ecom Express team as the Chief Business Officer, while Abhinav Imandi takes on the role of Senior Vice President - Operations, Process Excellence and Alternate Channels.

Kumar brings over 18 years of distinguished experience in sales leadership, driving growth across both the Indian and global enterprise segments. His proven track record in building high-performing teams positions him well to further solidify Ecom Express's market presence in India. Before joining Ecom Express, Jitendar was associated with companies like Hewlett-Packard and Bharti Airtel. He has completed his MBA in Finance from NMIMS, Mumbai. He holds a BBA from Bangalore University.

With almost 15 years of professional experience, Abhinav is a people leader with expertise across consulting, sales operations, customer experience and operations. He has thrived in diverse work environments, demonstrating his ability to effectively lead and collaborate within established teams, high-growth startups, and across various company sizes. Before joining Ecom Express, Abhinav worked with Milkbasket as the Chief Operating Officer. He has also worked with Foodpanda and was previously running a travel tech startup. Abhinav has completed a PGDBM in Marketing Strategy from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon. He also holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech), Applied Electronics and Instrumentation from College of Engineering Trivandrum.

VE Commercial Vehicles, a joint venture between Volvo Group and Eicher Motors, recorded sales of 7,318 units in April 2026, compared to 6,846 units in April 2025, registering 6.9 per cent growth.
