NDR InvIT Opens Rs 1.2 Billion Logistics Hub in South Goa

NDR InvIT Trust, an infrastructure investment trust listed on the National Stock Exchange, has inaugurated a 2.35 lakh square foot warehousing facility in South Goa. The new development, located at NDR Varama Sir on Verna Airport Road, will support a leading quick commerce company with 1.06 lakh sq ft of space and a third-party logistics firm handling fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) with 1.24 lakh sq ft, according to a company spokesperson.
With this expansion, NDR InvIT further consolidates its presence in Goa, where it now operates the state’s largest warehousing and industrial park portfolio. The total constructed area across its two flagship parks—NDR Goaspace Pvt. Ltd. in the Verna Industrial Area and NDR Varama Sir—has reached 1.1 million sq ft.
These assets are strategically positioned to facilitate high-volume and high-speed logistics and industrial operations across the region.
Jagdish Bhanushali, Project Director, stated, “This facility reflects our commitment to future-ready infrastructure that supports the evolving demands of modern trade, manufacturing, and commerce.”
He added that NDR’s Goa portfolio enables efficient regional and national distribution, offering scalable layouts, ample docks, smooth circulation, and value-added services that reduce time-to-market and enhance service standards.
The total value of the new facility is estimated at approximately Rs 1.2 billion.
