Scan Global Logistics Expands into India with Three Offices

Scan Global Logistics (SGL) has announced its entry into India, opening offices in Mumbai, Chennai and Delhi. The Mumbai hub will serve as the head office, led by a team of experienced professionals from global logistics firms.

SGL CEO Allan Melgaard said India has long been a priority, adding that the company is entering the market with a customer-first team and growth ambition. Vikash Agarwal, CEO of SGL India, said the focus will be on building an agile organisation capable of fast, tailored solutions.

India’s growing role in global trade, with GDP growth of 6-7% annually, makes it a key market for SGL’s global expansion. The company will offer full freight forwarding services along with specialised project and humanitarian logistics.
