TVS ILP launches AI-powered app for warehouse operations

TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks (TVS ILP) has launched ONE TVS ILP, an AI-powered application designed to digitise warehouse operations, customer service and business development activities across its logistics parks.

The company said the platform is the first of its kind in India's warehousing sector and forms part of its strategy to develop technology-enabled logistics infrastructure.

The application provides a single interface for managing service requests, grievance redressal and value-added services, while offering real-time access to operational data, site information and warehouse space availability. It incorporates an AI-powered 'Ask-Me' feature to support faster response times and improve decision-making.

Built with a voice-first interface, the platform supports both voice and text interactions, enabling users to manage enquiries, track leads, record site visits and monitor business development activities. The application also includes reminders, follow-up tools, secure login and role-based access controls.

Beyond business development, the platform enables customers to raise facility management and maintenance requests throughout their lease period. The system records service requests, alerts support teams and facilitates faster issue resolution through a 24x7 digital support model.

Commenting on the launch, Sargunaraj Ravichandran, Director, TVS ILP, said digital technologies are reshaping the warehousing sector, and the new platform is intended to improve operational efficiency while enhancing customer experience through intelligent, technology-driven services.

The ONE TVS ILP application is available on Android and iOS platforms.
