HEC Infra Wins Rs 30.8 Million Contract for Water Station Upgrades

HEC Infra Projects has secured a contract worth roughly Rs 30.8 million to augment the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical, mechanical and instrumentation works at three existing water distribution stations—Gitabaug, Paldi and Niyojannagar Manekbaug—in the West Zone.
The domestic order will modernise the facilities to improve efficiency and reliability, with all works to be completed within eight months. The deal does not involve any promoter group interests and does not constitute a related party transaction.
HEC Infra specialises in electrification services and has recently reported robust results. Stand alone net profit for Q4 FY25 jumped 2 080 per cent year on year to about Rs 56.7 million, while net sales climbed 65 per cent to roughly Rs 456 million. Despite the strong earnings, the company’s shares slipped two per cent to close at Rs 172.28 on the NSE.
