Chief Engineer Central Region (Kochi) & Superintending Engineer PH Circle Muvattupuzha of Kerala Water Authority has invited bids for Construction of GL Service reservoirs, Supply and Laying Clear Water pumping mains to various Zones and Supply ,erection, testing and commissioning of Centrifugal pump sets and Transformer for various pump houses, Supply and laying Distribution networks and Proividing FHTCs (Rajakkad, Bisonvally, Rajakumary(part) and Senapathy (part))-General Civil Work

GENERAL INFORMATION

The Project is aimed for providing potable drinking water to the entire area of Rajakkad, Bisonvalley, Rajakumary (part), Senapathy(Part) Panchayaths in Udumbanchola Taluks in Idukki District of Kerala State. The scheme area is situated at the North-East part of Idukki district of Kerala. Rajakkad panchayath are surrounded by Rajakumary, Bisonvalley, Senapathy & Vellathooval panchayath. Bisonvalley panchayath are surrounded by Rajakumary, Rajakkad & Chinnakanal. Rajakumary panchayath are surrounded by Rajakkad, Senapathy, Santhanpara & Bisonvalley panchayath and Senapathy panchayath are surrounded by Rajakumary, Rajakkad & Santhanpara panchayath.

The major components of work are arranged as follow, Supply & Laying of clear water pumping main from Panniyarkutty sump to Thekkumkanam, Thekkumkanam to Uppar nirappu, Uppar nirappu to Pethalakudy, Uppar nirappu to Josgiri, Uppar nirappu to Anappara, Josgiri to Kurangupara, Josgiri to Chokramudi, Anappara to Kanakakkunu, Kurangupara to Khajanappara, Khajanappara to Vellivilunthan, Khajanappara to Vattappara Pethalakudy to Irittala Temple.

Construction of 8 No of Steel tank, it includes 1 no of existing GLSR demolition, 6 No of Sump cum Pump House & 1 No of Sump in various places in approved by Superintending Engineer.

Supply & Laying of clear water gravity main from WTP Nadukani to Panniyarkutty Booster, Kanakakkunu to Parappanangadi, Kanakakkunu to Pazhayavaduthy. Supplying, laying, jointing, testing, commissioning and maintenance of Clear water pumping main in various zones of Rajakkad, Bisonvalley, Rajakumary (part) & Senapathy (part) Panchayaths in Idukki district and providing and Laying Distribution pipes, Providing 8750 new FHTCs and 100 nos shifting connections and Road restoration works.
