BGR Energy Systems has bagged an EPC contract from APGENCO for executing balance of plant systems and civil works for the Dr Narla Tata Rao Thermal Power Station, Stage-V (1 X 800 MW) Unit-8 at Ibrahimpatnam in Krishna, Andhra Pradesh.

Essar Services India has bagged a contract from Indian Farmers Fertilizer Co-operative (IFFCO) for the construction of a new phospho gypsum stack at IFFCO´s Paradip unit in Odisha, which is India´s largest phosphatic fertiliser complex.

L&T Construction´s Water & Effluent Treatment Business has bagged an EPC order from Water Resources Department of Madhya Pradesh for the construction of a balancing reservoir, distribution chamber and pumping station at Bansujara left bank main canal in the Tikamgarh district of Madhya Pradesh.

Fabtech Projects & Engineers has bagged orders from various private and public sector companies in the oil and gas sector. The order book also includes Rs 100 crore export order from Dangote Refinery in Nigeria.

Ashok Leyland has bagged orders for 3,566 buses from various state transport undertakings (STUs), so far this fiscal, and these are to be executed within this year. Besides, the company has to deliver 2,000-odd buses under the JNNURM scheme by March 2017 as per government instructions to STUs.
