3C, Orris to develop housing project

'The 3C Company’ and ‘Orris Infrastructure’ recently announced the joint development of a group housing project – Greenopolis – in Gurgaon with an expected sales value of Rs 2,300 crore over the next four years. Orris Infrastructure will provide the land and 3C will develop it. Developed in two phases, about 1,700 units will be launched in Phase-I.
