The developers

The Westin Pune Koregaon Park has been jointly developed by the Westin Hotels & Resorts and Classic Citi Investments Pvt Ltd. Westin Hotels & Resorts, with more than 160 hotels and resorts in over 31 countries and territories, is owned by Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc, one of the leading hotel and leisure companies in the world with about 960 properties in more than 97 countries and 145,000 employees at its owned and managed properties.

Classic Citi Investments Pvt Ltd is promoted by Sun n Sand Hotels Pvt Ltd and Bhosale Group. In November 2002, the company acquired a hotel in Pune, earlier known as Holiday Inn, and rebranded it under the name 'Sun n Sand'. In 2007, it set up another hotel in Goa under the name and style of 'Sun n Sand', which started operations in August 2007 with 43 rooms.

Comfortable and classy

The Westin Pune Koregaon Park has 277 guest rooms and suites featuring the Westin Heavenly Bed® and Heavenly Bath® facilities. The sizes of the rooms for the deluxe category start at 41 sq m. All these rooms feature a relaxing couch, 40" LCD TV and a movable work desk for optimum comfort and productivity. The hotel also offers unique Westin workout rooms that give visitors an opportunity to maintain fitness in the privacy of their rooms, while the executive club rooms offer the added pleasure of the Westin Executive Club Lounge. Besides, the hotel features five restaurants and bar, kid's club for children between four and 12 years, business centre, 24-hour in-room dining facilities and a heavenly spa among other delights. It also offers 1,470 sq m of meeting space including two ballrooms, two junior ballrooms, five meeting rooms, and one pre-function room.

The stunning Inspirations Hall comprises 720 sq m with a clear ceiling height of 6 m throughout. The hall features sky hooks for ambient lighting, decorations, and sound installations, as well as a drop-down screen and ceiling-mounted LCD projectors. The room's tasteful décor includes wood-panelled and fabric-covered walls in addition to attractive furnishings. All audio-visual equipment is controlled via a console. The space is divisible into three equal rooms of 240 sq m each, and sound-proof service doors and partitions are designed to ensure uninterrupted meetings. Featuring lovely natural lighting, the 330 sq m pre-function area is a perfect space for buffets or themed breaks.
