HYBON Launches Luxury Elevator Collection with Tonino Lamborghini

HYBON has partnered with Italian luxury lifestyle brand Tonino Lamborghini to launch what it claims is India’s first luxury elevator collection. Alongside the launch, HYBON announced an investment of Rs 10 billion to expand its premium luxury elevator business in the country.

The collection was unveiled at MOVIMENTO: The Grand Unveiling, an event attended by architects, developers, hospitality leaders and interior designers.

Designed and manufactured in India by HYBON, the HYBON Tonino Lamborghini Luxury Elevator Collection comprises four signature cabin designs—IMPERO, MARTE, SOMMO and DINAMICO. The cabins feature bold geometries, metallic finishes, carbon-fibre-inspired textures and customised interiors aimed at transforming elevators into experiential spaces.

Commenting on the collaboration, Ratan Singh Sehgal, Managing Director, HYBON, said, “Luxury today is about experience and detail. Elevators are often the first interior touchpoint inside a building, yet they have largely remained functional spaces. With this collaboration, we wanted to create something that people do not just use but truly experience.”

Tonino Lamborghini, Founder and President, Tonino Lamborghini S.p.A., said the collaboration marks the brand’s entry into vertical mobility and reflects its vision of extending Italian design into new categories.

The collection combines Italian aesthetics with intelligent engineering features, including destination control systems, AI-enabled facial recognition access, interactive digital displays, mood lighting, climate-controlled cabins and advanced safety systems.

HYBON said the elevators can be customised to suit project-specific requirements in terms of speed, capacity, finishes and configurations. The collection also includes high-speed elevators operating at up to 1.75 m/s, 39-inch interactive touchscreens, 3D passenger sensing, app-based monitoring and a 15-year parts warranty.

The HYBON Tonino Lamborghini Collection will cater to luxury residential, hospitality and commercial developments across India.

"Join industry leaders at RAHSTA Expo, India's premier platform for roads, highways and traffic infrastructure. Register now to explore innovations, network with experts and shape the future of mobility."
