In a sector where safety and reliability are non-negotiable, Super Shakti TMT bars from Super Smelters stand out. Backed by stringent quality control and cutting-edge technology, these bars deliver unmatched strength, ductility, and durability—earning the trust of builders across India. Quality begins at the source The quality journey starts with raw materials. Super Smelters sources high-grade iron ore and carefully selected alloys, ensuring a consistent base for its steel. These inputs go through a rigorous testing and segregation process even before production begins. Every batch is evaluated for purity, density, and composition— eliminating impurities that can weaken the final product. We were among the first to introduce the use of imported coal in our Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) process which significantly reduces impurities such as sulphur and ash. Ferroalloys also play a vital role in steelmaking by improving strength, hardness, and resistance. We produce ferroalloys using 100 per cent imported Manganese Ore, delivering unmatched purity and performance. Technology-driven manufacturing Super Smelters uses advanced production technologies, including Ladle Refining Furnaces (LRF), and continuous casting machines (CCM). These systems are designed for precise temperature control, homogeneous mixing, and impurity removal, resulting in a cleaner, stronger steel output. The use of Thermo-Mechanical (Communication by the management of Super Smelters.) Why Builders Trust Super Shakti Treatment (TMT) ensures each bar possesses the ideal combination of high yield strength and superior ductility. This process involves rapid quenching and selftempering, giving the outer surface of the bar a tough exterior while keeping the core soft and flexible—perfect for withstanding earthquakes, thermal shifts, and heavy loads. Stringent quality testing In our 5th Generation Laboratory, every batch of Super Shakti TMT Technology Bars undergoes: Chemical Analysis: Ensures compliance with specified compositions (carbon, sulphur, phosphorus). Mechanical Testing: Tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, bend/re-bend, fatigue, and uniform ring tests. Dimensional Accuracy: Rib pattern and weight per metre are continuously monitored. The TMT bar products meet and often exceed BIS (IS 1786:2008, IS1608:2005, IS1599:1998, IS13920:2016, IS228-1:1987) standards. Built for bonding and longevity Super Smelters also pioneered the advanced Y-Rib technology bar design in India, inspired by European standards. This pattern enhances grip with concrete, improving seismic safety and structural bonding. The latest CRS Fe 550D+ SD grade bars further reinforce the brand’s commitment to innovation—offering higher ductility without compromising strength. The trusted choice for builders The cumulative effect of this systematic approach to quality assurance translates into tangible benefits for builders: Unmatched Strength and Durability: Enables stronger and resilient structures with reduced steel consumption. Superior Bonding with Concrete: Advanced Y-ribs technology and ductility ensure stronger seismic grip. Corrosion Resistance: Protective layer boosts rust resistance, ideal for coastal zones. • Consistent Quality: In-house production ensures uniform quality and strict control. Fire Retardant Properties: The inherent properties of TMT bars contribute to extended structural life in case of fire. In conclusion, the trust that builders place in Super Shakti TMT bars stands as a testament to Super Smelters' unwavering commitment to scientific precision and uncompromising quality. From the careful selection of raw materials to the advanced Thermo- Mechanical Treatment process and rigorous testing protocols, every step is crafted to deliver a product that not only meets but exceeds industry standards — building a stronger, safer future for all. Our integrated approach ensures that every product that bears our name reflects our dedication to delivering the best
