MCL signs tow MoUs to provide financial aid to Kandhamal Odisha

Mahanadi Coalfields (MCL) signed two MoUs to supplement Govt initiatives in improving healthcare and educational ambience in the remote district of Kandhamal, Odisha.

MCL will provide Rs 96.1 million financial aid to the district, as per the MoU signed by the Collector, Kandhamal & the GM (CSR), Mahanadi Coalfields.

The MoU consists of Rs 85.4 million assistance for project 'Arogyam' to improve health institutions, and Rs 10.7 million assistance for Solar Water Supply and Lighting arrangements at 47 Anganwadi centres.
