IndianOil, Maruti Suzuki Partner to Set Up Service Bays

Indian Oil Corporation Limited and Maruti Suzuki India Limited have recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding to enhance customer convenience by establishing Maruti Suzuki service facilities at select IndianOil fuel stations across India.
Under the agreement, IndianOil’s extensive nationwide retail network will be leveraged to host authorised Maruti Suzuki service touchpoints, enabling customers to access scheduled maintenance and minor repairs at the same locations where they refuel. The initiative is aimed at creating a seamless, one-stop experience for car owners.
IndianOil’s network of over 41,000 fuel stations will further strengthen Maruti Suzuki’s existing base of more than 5,780 service touchpoints, improving accessibility and peace of mind throughout the vehicle ownership journey.
Saumitra P Srivastava, Director (Marketing), IndianOil, said the partnership aligns with the company’s focus on enhancing customer experience through value-added services and bringing essential offerings closer to consumers.
Ram Suresh Akella, Executive Officer (Service), Maruti Suzuki India Limited, said the collaboration will leverage IndianOil’s unmatched reach to make car servicing more accessible and convenient, while bringing together the mobility and energy sectors to deliver a superior customer care experience.
