A-1 Limited Secures Rs 387 mn Supply Order From Solar Industries

A-1 Limited (formerly known as A-1 Acid Limited) has secured a supply order from Solar Industries India Limited for the provision of acids and industrial chemicals aggregating to Rs 387 mn, exclusive of applicable GST. The order is scheduled for execution between one August 2026 and 31 October 2026 and falls within the current financial year 2026-27.

The awarding entity is domestic and unrelated to the promoter group, and the transaction is in the ordinary course of business on an arm's length basis. The stated order value is approximately Rs 387 mn plus five per cent GST and is intended to be delivered over a three-month period covering the second and third quarters of the financial year. The company has indicated that the contract follows prior supplies to the group.

Company executives said the order strengthens the order book and improves near-term revenue visibility while deepening a marquee customer relationship.
