Mumbai Property Registrations Mark Best November Since 2013: Knight Frank India
Mumbai city (area under BMC jurisdiction) recorded 12,219 property registrations in November, marking a 20 per cent year-on-year (Y-O-Y) increase. Stamp duty collections touched Rs 1,038 crore, up 12 per cent Y-O-Y. On a month-on-month (MoM) basis property registrations increased by 5 per cent and stamp duty remained stable. Embassy To Launch Six Bengaluru Projects Worth Rs 103 Billion
Realty firm Embassy Developments Ltd announced on Monday that it will launch six new residential projects in Bengaluru, with an estimated revenue potential of Rs 103 billion. In a regulatory filing, the company said the projects—located in North Bengaluru—will collectively be valued at around Rs 103 billion.
