Battrixx and EVE Power Collaborate

Battrixx, a leader in advanced energy solutions, and EVE Power, a top-tier battery manufacturer, have joined forces to develop cutting-edge battery energy storage systems (BESS). This partnership focuses on creating sustainable and efficient energy storage solutions tailored to meet the growing demands of the renewable energy sector.

Battrixx is known for its expertise in energy storage technologies, while EVE Power brings extensive experience in battery manufacturing, particularly in lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries. Together, they aim to address critical energy storage challenges, such as enhancing battery life, increasing energy density, and reducing costs.

The collaboration will leverage EVE Power's advanced battery technologies, including their high-capacity cells and innovative containerised systems, to create BESS solutions that can store large amounts of energy in compact formats. This approach is designed to support grid stability and facilitate the integration of renewable energy sources like solar and wind power.

The joint efforts are set to produce batteries with longer lifespans and higher efficiency, addressing the need for reliable and scalable energy storage. This initiative is expected to significantly contribute to the global push towards carbon neutrality and sustainable energy solutions.

Auto Sector Can Cut Emissions by 87% by 2050: CEEW

India’s automobile industry could reduce its manufacturing emissions by 87 per cent by 2050 through a shift to green electricity and low-carbon steel, according to a study released by the Council on Energy, Environment and Water (CEEW).The report estimates that if original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and their suppliers target net-zero emissions by 2050, annual emissions could fall from a projected 64 million tonnes of CO₂ (under the business-as-usual scenario) to just 9 million tonnes. This would require OEMs to adopt 100 per cent green electricity and steel suppliers to source 56 per ..
