CIL Navikarniya Urja Issues EPC Tender for 40 MW Solar Project

CIL Navikarniya Urja, a subsidiary of Coal India, has issued a tender for the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of a 40 MW solar power project at Johilla Area in Madhya Pradesh. The last date for submitting bids is November 26, 2024, with the bid opening scheduled for November 27. The selected contractor will design, supply, install, and commission the ground-mounted solar project, which is expected to be completed within 12 months.

The successful bidder will also be required to maintain the project for ten years. To qualify, bidders must demonstrate experience in executing similar projects and meet a financial turnover requirement of Rs 693 million in the past three years.
