HARTEK bags Rs.1.13 billion order from SJVN Green

Hartek Power has won an order from SJVN Green Energy. The project entails the development, implementation and maintenance of a 75 MW (AC) grid-connected solar PV power plant, along with a 132 kV sub-station in Jamui, Bihar. The scope is considered to include all equipment, materials and services necessary for the satisfactory operation of the solar project. Hartek Power will supply a 132 kV sub-station. The project, valued at Rs.1.13 billion, is a significant stride towards bolstering the renewable energy landscape in the region. The company has consistently demonstrated its capabilities in delivering turnkey solutions in the power sector. It has a proven track record of executing 350+ EHV and HV substation projects, including the ongoing implementation of a 22 MW floating solar EPC power Nangal project by SJVN.

Panasonic expands lighting business with launch of new facility in Daman

Panasonic Life Solutions India (PEWIN) - one of the largest manufacturers of electrical construction materials (ECM)in the country has opened a new manufacturing unit in Daman, Gujarat. The facility will enhance current manufacturing capabilities as well as PEWIN’s lighting manufacturing capacity in India. The company has invested a total of Rs.15 million which will facilitate in-house manufacturing of lighting products, keeping in line with the company’s growth plans. With this investment and a strategic growth plan, PEWIN aims to lead the lighting segment by 2030.

LAPP India launches first compounding plant in Bhopal

LAPP India inaugurated its first-ever compounding plant within the entire LAPP Group. This facility, sprawling across 36,000 square feet in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, signifies a monumental leap towards backward integration and self-reliance. This plant houses a revolutionary E-beam charger, addressing the surging demand for high-performance cables in sectors like railways, metros (supporting sustainable urban transportation), renewable energy (providing durable cables for clean energy projects) and e-mobility charging (enabling next-generation charging infrastructure). Power Foundation of India, FSR Global Council MoU for  Green power sector 

The Power Foundation of India (PFI) and FSR Global Council (FSR Global) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to work together to support India's transition towards a cleaner energy future. Hero Future Energies, PIXON tie up for solar modules supply

Hero Future Energies has announced the signing of a strategic tolling agreement with PIXON Green Energy, a leading domestic module manufacturer for supply of solar PV modules. Under the agreement, PIXON Green Energy will provide Hero Future Energies with high-efficiency modules for up to 500 MW annually on a prioritised basis for two years from their fully automated Ecoprogetti line based in Rajkot, Gujarat. Both parties will also be involved in the procurement of strategic components for module manufacturing.
