Rajesh Power Wins Turnkey Order For Pal Jodhpur Substation

Rajesh Power Services Limited has informed that it has been awarded a turnkey contract by Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited for construction of a 132/33 kV, two by 50 MVA GIS substation at Pal, Jodhpur, with associated transmission line. The scope includes survey, supply of equipment and material, erection including civil works, testing and commissioning. The contract is domestic and turnkey in nature. The contract covers end-to-end delivery from survey and design through to final testing and handover.

The contract is to be executed within 18 months. The broad consideration is Rs 750.5 million (Rs 750.5 mn) inclusive of taxes. The promoters, promoter group or group companies have no interest in the entity that awarded the contract and the order does not fall within related party transactions. Successful execution will require coordination with the procuring agency and local stakeholders during civil and erection phases.

The award adds to company order book and is for transmission infrastructure in Jodhpur region. The project involves GIS technology and will require coordination for civil and electrical works and testing prior to commissioning. Completion within the stipulated period will deliver capacity to support regional grid stability and power evacuation from local generation. The company has complied with disclosure requirements under SEBI listing regulations in making this announcement.
