T S C Bosh Takes Charge as Director (Projects) of REC Limited

Shri T S C Bosh has assumed charge as Director (Projects) at REC Limited, following approval from the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) on October 1, 2025, and the subsequent order issued by the Ministry of Power.

With over 35 years of experience in the power sector, Shri Bosh has held key leadership roles, including CEO of REC Power Development & Consultancy Limited, and has demonstrated expertise in strategic decision-making, business development, and stakeholder coordination.

He has been instrumental in implementing major national electrification initiatives such as the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gram Jyoti Yojana, which extended electricity to thousands of remote villages, and the Pradhan Mantri Sahaj Bijli Har Ghar Yojana (Saubhagya), achieving universal household electrification in India.

In his previous role as Executive Director (Engineering) at REC, Bosh led the financing of critical projects in power generation, transmission, distribution, and renewable energy, covering both state-owned and private sector entities. He also oversaw large-scale power transmission and distribution projects, ensuring alignment with national energy objectives.

His leadership extends across business development, human resources, IT, corporate social responsibility, project monitoring, and corporate communications, contributing to REC’s continued growth as a trusted financial partner in India’s power and infrastructure sector. Bosh’s strategic vision and sectoral expertise are expected to further strengthen REC’s role in driving the nation’s energy and infrastructure development.
