Tata Power Launches Programme to Boost Rooftop Solar Adoption

Tata Power, one of India’s leading integrated power companies, has launched a nationwide initiative to accelerate rooftop solar adoption across the country. The campaign focuses on promoting the benefits of decentralized clean energy and empowering consumers to transition towards sustainable energy solutions.

The initiative seeks to raise awareness about the long-term economic and environmental benefits of rooftop solar installations for households, commercial establishments, and industries. Tata Power aims to simplify the process of solar adoption through customized solutions, easy financing, and end-to-end installation services.

The company has already installed over 2 GW of rooftop solar capacity and continues to expand its presence across residential and industrial sectors. With this program, Tata Power intends to strengthen its contribution towards India’s renewable energy targets and the national goal of achieving net-zero emissions.
