India’s commercial office market continued to see strong demand in the first half of 2025, with the technology sector anchoring nearly 40 per cent of conventional office leasing. RVNL Bags Rs 910 Million Southern Railway Surveillance Order
Rail Vikas Nigam (RVNL), a state-owned railway PSU, has secured a contract worth Rs 900.65 million from Southern Railway to provide and augment video surveillance systems (VSS) across 484 railway stations.The Letter of Acceptance (LoA), issued on August 13, covers installation of VSS at 441 D and E category stations and augmentation at 43 stations in A1, A, B, and C categories. Railways to Allow Single-Brand Premium Stores at Stations via E-Auction
The Ministry of Railways has permitted the opening of single-brand, company-owned premium outlets at railway stations, aligning the retail experience at select stations with that of airports.
