Arvind Kumar Garg, Executive Vice President and Head, L&T Construction and Mining Machinery Arvind Kumar Garg has a diverse experience of 35 years in Larsen & Toubro Group. His responsibilities include activities of L&T’s rubber process machinery and product development centre. In his long association with the construction and mining equipment industry, Garg has worked closely from L&T with global majors like Komatsu-Japan and Scania-Sweden, to usher in world-class technologies and products in the Indian market. He was instrumental in introducing a slew of initiatives that saw L&T ramp up parts operations, rejig supply chain management and help improve the operational efficiency and asset management. He is now championing the cause of digitalisation with innovative solutions driven to enhance customer satisfaction. As a director on the board of L&T’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Garg heads L&T Construction Equipment, which manufactures hydraulic excavators, wheel loaders, vibratory compactors and high-quality hydraulic components.
