Tendering activity remained strong across key sectors such as Roads & Highways, Water Supply, Tunnels, Ports & Shipping, and social infrastructure including hospitals and educational buildings, with significant opportunities emerging from agencies like the NHAI, BRO, NHIDCL, State PWDs, and municipal authorities. Key tenders across Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Meghalaya, Tripura, Assam and Bihar span roads, tunnels, healthcare, water supply and ports, reflecting continued infrastructure momentum. In March 2026, IMPACCT tracked 714 tenders classified as DPR tender opportunities, issued by around 195 project owners, with an aggregate tender value of Rs 274 crore, of which approximately Rs 113 crore remains actively live. These opportunities were driven by PWDs, irrigation authorities, MHADA, railway agencies and other state departments, covering DPR preparation, engineering consultancy, feasibility studies, structural design and technical estimates for upcoming projects. Tender activity across Karnataka, Maharashtra, Himachal Pradesh, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand and Telangana reflects continued demand for consultancy and DPR works supporting early-stage infrastructure planning and project development. In March 2026, IMPACCT tracked 60+ proposed and conceptual projects across industrial manufacturing, renewable energy, digital infrastructure, transport, defence, hospitality, healthcare and urban development. Key investments include Adani’s Rs 40,000 crore AI data centre cluster in Andhra Pradesh, a Rs 15,000 crore greenfield airport in the Andaman & Nicobar Islands, and MSETCL’s Rs 1.5 lakh crore transmission modernisation in Maharashtra. The proposed project spans 82.578 km and is estimated to cost Rs.2,441 crore.
