The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has launched a tender for a new civil enclave at Jammu Airport in J&K, under the engineering, procurement and construction mode. The project cost is estimated at Rs.5.22 billion, including the all-inclusive comprehensive annual maintenance contract of equipment (AICMC) component. It is set to be completed within 30 months, followed by a 24-month defects liability period (DLP). The AICMC period varies - 60 months for mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP), acoustic sealant (AS) and IT works and 24 months for civil and horticulture works.
