CASE India Expands Distribution Reach with a New Dealership in Raipur

CASE Construction Equipment, a brand of CNH, has further strengthened its commitment to customer-centric solutions with the inauguration of a new integrated dealership in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. Operated by Asrial Dhanlaxmi Machinery India, this modern 3S facility offers Sales, Service, and Spare Parts under one roof.

On the occasion, Carlo Oliva, Head – Network Development APAC, Construction Equipment segment, stated, “As a global brand, CASE is focused on creating a future-ready network that supports sustainable growth and delivers excellence across every market we operate in. The new dealership is not just an expansion — it reflects our long-term vision of integrating global capabilities with local expertise. By strengthening our presence in central India, we aim to empower customers with cutting-edge technology, reliable support, and seamless access to our international standards of service.”

Speaking at the launch, Shalabh Chaturvedi, Managing Director – CASE Construction Equipment, India & SAARC, said, “The Raipur dealership marks a strategic move by CASE to tap into one of India’s fastest-growing industrial and commercial clusters — a region firmly linked to the nation’s infrastructure growth story. With the city emerging as a hub for infrastructure development across sectors like roads, mining, real estate, and industry, there is a sustained demand for high-performance construction equipment. This facility brings our best-in-class products and service support closer to our customers, enabling faster response, better reach, and deeper alignment with regional and national development priorities.”

The new facility features a fully equipped workshop manned by highly trained service engineers and technical advisors. It is well-positioned to deliver prompt and efficient support not only in Raipur but also in neighbouring districts including Bastar, Mahasamund, and Rajnandgaon. Customers will also benefit from flexible financing options, attractive exchange programmes, and dedicated maintenance and uptime support.

The dealership will offer the entire CASE product portfolio, including Backhoe Loaders, Vibratory Compactors, Excavators, Skid Steer Loaders, Motor Graders, and Dozers. With experienced leadership and deep insight into local operating conditions, the new facility is poised to meet the evolving needs of contractors and operators across the region.

CASE has been present in India since 1989 and is recognised for its leadership in the Vibratory Compactor and Backhoe Loader segments. Its machines, manufactured at the advanced facility in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh, are exported to over 100 countries worldwide.
