Caterpillar Introduces Enhanced Cat CVA Services Commitment

Caterpillar has announced an enhanced Cat Customer Value Agreement (CVA) Services Commitment, aimed at improving machine uptime and operational continuity for customers. The update follows the recent launch of three new Cat excavator models at EXCON 2025.

Effective from 2026, the upgraded services commitment introduces a two-day repair assurance on common repairs for customers with a Cat CVA that includes dealer labour. Under the programme, if eligible repairs are not completed within two days, the customer will be compensated.

In addition, the enhanced offering includes next-day availability of maintenance, wear and repair parts, allowing customers to access required components at their preferred dealer location with minimal downtime.

The initiative reinforces Caterpillar’s focus on hassle-free ownership and faster service response, helping customers keep equipment productive and projects on schedule through improved service reliability and parts availability.
