Eicher Opens Pro X Small Truck Dealership in Faridabad

Eicher Trucks & Buses, a unit of VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd. (VECV), has inaugurated its latest dealership for the Eicher Pro X Small Truck range in Faridabad. The new Shree Motors Private 3S facility, located on Mathura Road, aims to enhance customer experience by offering sales, service, and spare parts under one roof.

The 12,000 sq. ft. dealership features an interactive digital display area and a customer lounge, designed to help fleet owners and transporters explore the Eicher Pro X range. The dealership also provides easy access to the company’s fuel-efficient and fully connected vehicles, ideal for businesses in sectors like e-commerce, FMCG, and industrial goods transport.

Ramesh Rajagopalan, EVP, Customer Service, Retail Excellence, and Network Development at VECV, commented, “Faridabad is a key logistics hub, and with the addition of Shree Motors, we aim to strengthen our presence in the region and support businesses requiring efficient last-mile transportation.”

Located along the NH-19 corridor, the dealership serves commercial zones, including DLF Industrial Area and Sector 24–25, offering strategic accessibility to businesses. The dealership is poised to meet the growing demand for intelligent, connected, and customer-focused mobility solutions.

The new facility also includes a customisation zone, allowing customers to tailor their vehicles to specific cargo and operational needs. With advanced service tools and trained technicians, the dealership aims to offer swift service delivery and a seamless ownership experience.
