What industry challenges or personal experiences inspired you to start the platform?

I have seen the challenges of the construction sector across three stints over two decades – as CEO of Emaar India, Infrastructure Practice Co-Leader at McKinsey India, and Head of Chairman’s Office at Aditya Birla Group.
