Gainwell Commosales Private Limited has recently announced the elevation of Akanksha Chaturvedi to its Board of Directors. She has also taken on the role of Executive Director and Chief Growth Officer, effective 1 January 2026.

In addition to her Board responsibilities, Chaturvedi will lead growth initiatives across marketing, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), environmental, social and governance (ESG), and a focused aftermarket programme. These initiatives will support the company’s Construction and Power & Energy businesses, leveraging Caterpillar’s digital capabilities.

The elevation reflects Gainwell Commosales’ focus on strengthening leadership depth and driving long-term growth across its core business verticals.
