Haver & Boecker Extends Packing Equipment Life with Upgrades

Haver & Boecker, a global leader in packing and bagging systems, is boosting equipment lifespan and plant efficiency through rebuilds and upgrades. As an Original Equipment Manufacturer, it provides tailored solutions to modernise systems without requiring full replacements.

The company’s Performance+ Kits enable updates to assemblies with advanced tech, like ROTO-LOCK® dosing systems, which cut dust and spillage. These kits integrate across machines such as ROTO-PACKER®, INTEGRA®, and ADAMS®. Over 121 upgrade kits are available, including sealing and drive tech.

Performance+ Rebuilds address ageing machinery where parts are scarce and upkeep increases. These rebuilds align systems with current energy and safety standards, while improving output and reliability.

One thirty-six-year-old ROTO-PACKER® rebuild included upgrades to ROTO-LOCK® and ROTO-FEED®, cutting product loss and enhancing safety and line stability.

The upgrades fall under the PRO check lifecycle programme, which begins with an on-site audit and results in a custom optimisation plan. This helps clients update legacy systems while avoiding full capital reinvestment.
