Blue Cloud Wins Rs 1.10 Billion AI Data Deal After Pilot Success

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions (BCSSL) rose 3.05 per cent to Rs 20.92 after announcing a major data annotation and AI training services order from US-based Stratos Forge Inc, a specialist in AI-driven enterprise systems, automation and next-generation machine learning platforms.

The contract follows the successful completion of a substantial pilot project valued at Rs 180 million, in which BCSSL delivered an annotation accuracy of 96.68 per cent across agreed metrics. Impressed by the performance, Stratos Forge has now awarded the company a full-scale rollout worth Rs 1.1008 billion.

BCSSL will execute the project using its in-house delivery systems and Centre of Excellence partnerships with leading universities, enabling scalable, high-precision AI data operations. Data annotation, once a purely manual task, now involves advanced automation to handle complex formats such as LiDAR-based 3D scans, structured text datasets and high-resolution imagery.

To meet Stratos Forge’s extensive data requirements, BCSSL will deploy its advanced labelling platform, which integrates automated pipelines, AI-enabled validation, stringent quality controls and applied AI expertise.

Chairman Janaki Yarlagadda said the expanded partnership reflects the strength of BCSSL’s annotation automation frameworks, its talent pipeline and its capacity to deliver world-class AI training data at scale.

Founded in 1991, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions provides AI and cybersecurity services across India, the US, the UK and other markets. The company’s consolidated net profit rose 35.86 per cent to Rs 154.2 million on revenue of Rs 2.5292 billion in Q2 FY26, compared with Q2 FY25.
