Plumber Bathware, part of Aqua Plumbings Pvt Ltd., has introduced Innopeel, the world’s first horizontal peeling machine, co-developed with Aditya Mechatronics. This advanced technology eliminates parting lines and joints, improving surface precision and enhancing faucet manufacturing efficiency. Innopeel is expected to increase production capacity by 30 per cent. Unlike conventional vertical spindle peeling machines, Innopeel’s horizontal spindle system offers a 360-degree peeling solution, setting a new industry standard. Ashok Kumar Chaudhary, Managing Director of Aqua Plumbings Pvt Ltd, highlighted that this innovation aligns with the company’s goal of offering high-quality, aesthetically superior bathware. The launch also supports sustainable manufacturing practices and the Make in India initiative.
