How do you view the current market for lifting equipment?
The company is one of the leading players offering wide range of tower cranes from 5 tonne to 25 tonne capacity in India. These are offered on a leasing and rental model. Market for the lifting equipment, especially tower crane is growing rapidly. These tower cranes are used across industry segments like real estate, infrastructure, bridges, cement, steel, airport, oil and gas, high speed railway etc. Apart from this we also offer construction hoists from 2 tonne to 3.2 tonne to lift people and material at a construction site, up to a height of 200 m.

Tell us about the company’s new launches in this segment.
Recently, the company has added derrick cranes (10 tonne class) to its rental fleet. These are useful for lifting materials at difficult locations where we don’t have access to mobile or tower cranes. Apart from this, they are used to dismantle internal tower cranes after completion of the construction activity. Our trained and experienced technical team ensures safety of humans and material while executing such complex projects.

Speaking about the next-gen technology, how are your offerings equipped?
We offer lifting equipment with latest technology, which helps increase productivity and ensures remote monitoring of the equipment. We have advanced technology like safe load indicators (SLI) and anti-collision devices in our tower cranes. SLI are useful for operators to monitor the load they are lifting is within permissible radius as per the load chart. Anti-collision devices are useful when a customer has multiple tower cranes working in vicinity at a project site to avoid inter collision.

Elaborate on the company’s emphasis on R&D and customisation.
Indiabulls Store One is not an OEM; however, we take utmost care while selecting our tower cranes and construction hoists. We offer tower cranes by reputed brands like Liebherr, Potain, Comansa and Zoomlion. These manufacturers offer latest technology and world class equipment to enable safe operations at a project site. In construction hoists, we offer brands like Alimeck, GEDA, GOIAN, GJJ, and ELECTROELSA. These construction hoists use superior quality components, variable speed drives, and safety devices.

To ensure optimum utilisation of the equipment, what after-sales services or training do you offer to the operators?
Our O&M team gives special attention to the smooth operations at site, maximising utilisation of our tower cranes and construction hoists deployed at customer sites. We have highly trained operators in our team who ensure equipment are being used as per OEM guidelines and following all the safety norms. Our maintenance team keeps a regular check on these equipment and ensures timely maintenance to minimise breakdown and ensure maximum availability of equipment at the work site, to speed up the projects.
