Sunil Mantri Group launches projects in Bengaluru

Real estate developer, Sunil Mantri Group has launched a project in Bengaluru targeting IT employees. The project, which would develop 500 units, would be located on Sarjapur Road. The company has also launched another project, ‘Mantri Megapolis’ on Sarjapur Road, that would see development of about 2,000 units in the mid-market segment.

Further, the company plans to launch ‘Mantri Aquanox’ at Kanakpura Road, which would develop 300 units. The group has been aggressively aiming at increasing its land bank in Bengaluru by about 200 acre. Hospitality is another segment where the company wants to enter, with plans to create 1,000 rooms by 2013.
