Alliance City Begins Handover at Alliance Vista

Alliance City Developers has begun flat handover at Alliance Vista, its residential project on Shraddhanand Road, Vile Parle East, Mumbai. With keys now being handed over to homebuyers, the project has entered its final stage and is moving closer to full possession.

The milestone follows the successful handover of Alliance Eternis in Borivali West earlier in 2026. According to the company, the development reflects its focus on timely execution, regulatory compliance and delivery-led project completion.

Alliance Vista offers 2 BHK and 4 BHK residences in a boutique residential setting. Located in Vile Parle East, the project is positioned close to Vile Parle Station, Mumbai airport, the Western Express Highway, Nanavati Hospital, Juhu Beach and BKC.

The homes have RERA carpet areas ranging from 554 sq ft to 1,117 sq ft. The residences have been designed with natural light, cross-ventilation, Vastu-compliant planning, full-height French windows, vitrified flooring, international sanitaryware, granite kitchen platforms and video door phones.

The project includes a double-height entrance lobby, two high-speed elevators, a fully equipped gymnasium, a landscaped sky garden, rooftop terrace seating plaza, rainwater harvesting, energy-efficient LED lighting, dedicated car parking and 24-hour CCTV surveillance.

Alliance City Developers said it has completed 13 projects, with six ongoing and three upcoming projects. The company has served more than 700 families and delivered over 1.2 million sq ft of redevelopment space across locations including Mulund, Malad, Vile Parle, Matunga and Santacruz.

Ankita Luharuka, CEO, Alliance City Developers Realtors, said beginning the handover at Alliance Vista was a rewarding moment for the company and its buyers. She said the project was built to offer a strong residential address in Vile Parle East and reflected the company’s belief that a developer’s word should be backed by action.

With handover underway, buyers are completing final formalities and preparing to move into their homes. Alliance Vista now enters its final phase as one of the company’s key residential deliveries in Mumbai.
