Ambuja Neotia, Satyaa Homes to develop township in Kolkata

Real estate developer Ambuja Neotia Group has entered into an agreement with Satyaa Homes for the development of a 72-acre land parcel in Kolkata's Rajarhat area. The project's development management partner is Ambuja Neotia Group, and HDFC Capital Advisors Pvt Ltd is the finance partner.

The deal was forged by Anarock Property Consultants' land services division on January 4. The township, which will oversee plotted developments, villas, and apartments in Rajarhat is expected to be completed within five years.

Rajarhat, which is a prominent micro-market in the northeast of Kolkata is also home to major IT companies like Tata Consultancy Services, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Tech Mahindra, and Ericsson India Global Services, among others. Thus, it happens to be a vital employment hub, which benefits from its close proximity to Sector V, Salt Lake and the airport.
