Applications are being accepted for the sale of plots in Kanpur

From November 16 to December 15, the Kanpur Development Authority (KDA) will hold an online application period for the sale of 101 non-residential/commercial plots.

The applicants must successfully register at the e-auction portal by December 14.

All of the plots are located in fully established KDA schemes, and 101 of them are set aside for businesses such as stores, nursing facilities, daycare centres, milk collection centres, cow colonies, and gas stations.

Jarauli, Ispat Nagar, Kalpi Nagar, Vyapar Nagar, Vaidehi Nagar, Cattle Colony, Kidwai Nagar Block Y-1, ShujatGanj Block-B, SwarnJayantiVihar, Mahaveer Nagar Extension, and Shatabdi Nagar Sector-4 are the KDA housing schemes where the plots are located.

An applicant must participate in the online auction to be eligible to receive a plot. He or she may bid on multiple plots, but he or she must deposit the necessary funds for each plot.

If the chosen applicant pays the full cost of the plot, he will receive possession simultaneously with the registry of the plot.
