Trident Realty Group has purchased a 200-acre plot of land in Panchkula and plans to invest Rs 30 billion in developing a township there. With this move, the company enters a tier 2 city, and similar developments are planned for Ahmedabad, Baroda, Nasik, Jammu, and Pune.
