ARQONZ sets up e-commerce platform for real estate sector

ARQONZ has launched an e-commerce platform with an aim to bring changes to the existing business practices to manage the hurdles that come across during the architecture, construction and interior design segment all under one roof.

Arqonz.com, an e-commerce platform, offers complete solutions to the everyday challenges faced by the real estate industry that includes sourcing any type of construction materials to providing services through a large network of reliable suppliers.

The e-commerce platform is a one-stop solution for sourcing any construction material – paint, cement, steel, furniture and tiles, etc., says the company CEO and Founder Shilpa DK.

She added that the platform also gives access to an array of services, including the services of certified architects, builders, contractors and interior designers, saving precious time and passing on evident economic benefits. It also helps monitor the progress of projects through digital dashboards with data driving key decisions, which will improve the transparency, accountability and cost efficiencies even for individuals and small to medium-sized construction companies. With the introduction of Proptech platforms, the industries are benefited from a more cost and time effective procurement process and vendor management chain. The platform also helps different stakeholders to get their best deals in the market. The e-commerce platform redefines the traditional real estate business and contributes to about 7% of the GDP of India. ARQONZ will benefit the real estate sector in improving governance since real-time data is hardly ever available.

ARQONZ now has nearly 50,000 registrations and targets on adding 10,000 more registrations per year.

The Chennai based e-commerce platform aims to help individuals and small to medium-sized construction companies to get the best deals through their large network of reputable suppliers.
