Ashiana Housing Launches Premium Project in Jaipur

Ashiana Housing has announced the launch of Phase 1 of Ashiana Oma, a premium residential development located at Mansarovar Extension along Jaipur’s Ajmer Road corridor.

Spread across approximately 10.35 acres, the low-density project is planned in two phases and targets end users seeking spacious residences within a green-focused community setting. Phase 1 comprises 280 residences out of a planned inventory of 490 units.

The project offers 3 BHK and 4 BHK residences along with penthouses, with unit sizes ranging from approximately 1,740 sq. ft. to 2,700 sq. ft. Residences have been designed with expansive deck areas and connected balconies to maximise natural light, ventilation and outdoor living.

Ashiana Oma is being developed through a joint venture revenue-sharing model. The total estimated project cost stands at approximately Rs 5.59 billion, while Phase 1 investment is estimated at Rs 1.87 billion.

The development features nearly 4.4 acres of landscaped green and open spaces, with only about 17 per cent of the site under building footprint. Key amenities include a clubhouse inspired by Royal Rajasthani architecture, upgraded specifications such as 10.23 ft. floor-to-ceiling height, premium tile collections, three elevators including a service lift, aluminium formwork construction technology, water features and landscaped common areas.

Located along the Ajmer Road corridor, the project offers connectivity to the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway and major city infrastructure via Ajmer and Kota Road corridors.

Ankur Gupta, Joint Managing Director, Ashiana Housing, said, “Ashiana Oma reflects our continued focus on delivering thoughtfully planned residential communities centred around space, greenery, and elevated living experiences. The project has been designed to cater to evolving end-user aspirations in Jaipur, where demand for spacious premium residences with integrated lifestyle amenities continues to strengthen.”

The project is scheduled for launch in June 2026, with future phases to be introduced based on market response and development progress.
